Our cat trap is working

Indy

Actually, this is what happens when basement cat meets a small-dog carrier.

(Shot with the Nikon D300 using the 50mm lens; aperture-priority, with aperture set to f/2.8; camera chose shutter speed of 1/8 second at ISO 800; auto white balance; matrix-metered with +0.7 exposure compensation; converted to black-and-white using Lightroom; normal JPG.)

  1. What a wonderful picture! My husband bought some mixing bowls this weekend and our kitty, Twinkie, has squeezed herself into the box twice. The lure of a small space is irresistible.

    1. i grew up with cats, and i can't say i remember any one of them (we had several) that did this. not that my mom would leave an open box on the floor long enough for a cat to get into (she liked a neat and tidy house).

  2. Look at those eyes! Have you ever thought about trying to color just the eyes? Our cats all liked to squeeze into small spots, too!
